About Uttam Architect Award
Mangalam Cement Limited organizes the "Uttam Architect Award" for the students of Architecture to recognize, reward and encourage budding Architects who will design the illustrious future of the country and the World. We at Mangalam Cement always believe that the Uttam Architect is the one who has the vision, innovation and creativity to design not just structures or buildings but a safe and sustainable infrastructure with a holistic approach.
We proudly announce the fifth edition of the "Uttam Architect Award" after the grand success of the first four chapters of the Uttam Architect Award 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2023. Uttam Architect Award proudly announces its association with Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Indore Centre. A jury of eminent subject experts will shortlist the top 5 qualifiers amongst all the entries received, who will then. be presenting their designs and fight for the title "Uttam Architect" in the Grand Finale at Indore (M.P.) on 29th March 2025. The designs will be judged based on originality, creativity, innovation and viability.

Terms & Conditions UAA 2025
- All queries and online submissions are to be emailed to events@mangalamcement.com
- Entries must follow the prescribed timelines to be considered
- The originality of the work is essential and the application will be disqualified if found otherwise.
- The judgement of the jury is final and binding. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
- All the entries/proposals received by MCL at all stages of the above competition shall be treated as the property of MCL, participants will not have any right to claim any compensation, ownership, copyright or intellectual property right on the same whatsoever.
- Qualifying teams will be informed of the same by 18th March 2025.
- Travel and accommodation will be arranged for all the Qualifying Teams for the Grand Finale.
- In case of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding to all.
- MCL reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the competition at any stage.
- The total prize money of each award category will be awarded to the team in totality, not to every
participating individual. - The prize money is subject to taxation as per provisions onf the Income Tax Act ot 1962.
